COVID-19 Statement: The Committee wants our cousins to be safe and well. We are watching developments and as we approach the start of July, we will follow the CDC and local government recommendations in place at that time. Each participant can decide to attend or not attend if we do not cancel. We will either go ahead with the reunion, cancel, or postpone till next year. If we cancel or postpone, post cards will be sent to our mailing list. To confirm you are on the list, or to update your address and phone number, contact Donna. Check here in July for updates. |
Schedule: subject to change
10:00am: Setup. Volunteers needed to setup tables and chairs
11:00am: Registrations, mingle
12:30pm: Carry-in Potluck Dinner - Bring a dish to pass for the potluck.
1:30pm: Business Meeting, short meeting.
1:45pm: Presentation TBA or open time to mingle
2:30pm: Group Photo of everyone attending the reunion
3:00pm: Cleanup, volunteers needed to help with tables, chairs, cleanup.
Cash donations will be accepted to cover the hall rental and other costs.
